A Few of My Favorite Places to Shop without Leaving my Comfy Couch

In case you are unaware, there are a plethora of amazing online shopping experiences, that are so fantastic and convenient, you never have to leave the comfort of your home or your couch for that matter!

If you are like me and love high-end designers wares and don't always have the time to run around and shop, here are some of my absolute favorites that I highly recommend. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

For high-end Designer Duds at a significant discount, up to 70% off retail, Gilt.com, is my top fave! They carry high-end designers such as Christian Louboutin, Rodarte, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino , Proenza Schouler, L.A.M.B., Thakoon, Vera Wang, and Cynthia Rowley to name a few. In addition, Gilt.com carry housewares, childrenswear, and also menswear. To join simply go to the website and request membership. Every Monday you will receive a synopsis of which designers will be featured that week. Then every morning you will receive an email notification letting you know that the sale has officially started. Usually between 2-4 designers per day and all sales start at 9 AM pacific time.

BillionDollarBabes is another great site for shopping with discounts up to 85% off retail! BDB is an online private shopping club that holds 3 high-end designer sales per week which last 48 hours. BDB started as an exclusive designer sample sale held twice a year. In 2009 they transitioned to an online shop. They carry high-end designers such as Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe, James Perse, Catherine Malandrino and many more! In order to join all you need to do is sign up. It's free! For a fee of $100/year you can become a VIP with benefits that include unlimited free shipping on all U.S. orders, early access to online sales which translates into first picks, and exclusive promotions!

Editors' Closet is my final pick for online shopping. Editors' Closet offers established designers as well as up and coming designers at up to 80% off retail! Membership is free however you need to be referred by a friend or sign up on the waiting list to join. At EC you will find a fabulous selection of high-end apparel , accessories, jewelry, skincare and much more! Examples of brands available are Perricone MD, Thierry Mugler, Carolina Herrera, Longchamp Paris, Moschino, Fendi, Christian Lacroix and so much more!
