Use the lighter shades to highlight the eyes in the inner corners of the eye line, on top of the lash line and underneath the bottom lashes.


Apply the eyeliner over the lower lids as a base for eyeshadow. Create a cool new eyeshadow color.


Smudge a darker shade underneath the bottom lash line for an instant smokey effect.
