Make-up Artists favorite, Three Custom Color Specialists does it again. They took on the challenge of creating a wearable almost black lip color, as seen on the runways at New York Fashion Week.
The inspiration behind the custom creation is a combination of Spring Beauty and Vampire trends as seen on TV and film.
Noir Lipstick is a sheer almost black lipstick with hints of burgundy and plum. Noir, Lip Gloss is a deep burgundy black non-sticky lip gloss, favored by many professional make-up artists.
Wear one layer and the color is a sheer stained burgundy, add more layers for something more daring.
